In first semester at least two courses must be taken.
Those students whose compulsory military service is postponed by our university can’t take official leave in first two semesters
Every semester registration fee ( except for Distance Education) and tuition fees for the courses taken are to be paid.
Students in Master’s programs with thesis are supposed to start registering Thesis in third semester.
A master’s program with thesis can’t be finished earlier than three semesters.
Board of Trustees may raise the fees at the beginning of each academic year.

RME 500: Research Methods, 590 Seminar and 592 Project (except for distance education) courses are free of charge.

Semester tuition fee is to be paid in Turkish liras based on the exchange rate decided by Board of Trustees at the beginning of the semester to the bank account TR 2800 0150 0158 0072 6042 9262 at VAKIFBANK MEŞRUTİYET BRANCH.
For students enrolled in 2025 or earlier: If the master’s program is completed in fewer than four semesters, tuition payments will be adjusted to the equivalent of four semesters, resulting in a total payment of $6,579.
For students enrolling in 2026: If the master’s program is completed in fewer than four semesters, tuition payments will be adjusted to the equivalent of four semesters, resulting in a total payment of $6,610.
For students admitted in 2025 or earlier: The fee for the Intensive English Preparatory Program (Semester-based Scientific English Preparatory Course) is not included in the total Master’s program fee of USD 1,910.
For new students enrolling in 2026: The fee for the Intensive English Preparatory Program (Semester-based Scientific English Preparatory Course) is not included in the total Master’s program fee of USD 1,920.
