In first semester at least two courses must be taken.
Those students whose compulsory military service is postponed by our university can’t take official leave in first two semesters
Every semester registration fee ( except for Distance Education) and tuition fees for the courses taken are to be paid.
Students in Master’s programs with thesis are supposed to start registering Thesis in third semester.
A master’s program with thesis can’t be finished earlier than three semesters.
Board of Trustees may raise the fees at the beginning of each academic year.

RME 500: Research Methods, 590 Seminar and 592 Project (except for distance education) courses are free of charge.

If one graduates earlier than fourth semester, payment for tuition fee must be completed to four semesters so that total payment for program is 6.610 dollars.
Tuition fee of 1.920 $ for Intensive English Course is not included in tuition fee for master’s program
